I was called on a couple of days in advance which is helpful as I have to drive a fair distance.
The appointment was short and I think it could have been done over the phone or skype.

Nurse listened to me and showed interest in what I had to say. She then supplied her advice and we were able to talk about the best way forward. Nurse had a pleasant speaking manner and it was not stressful. Appointment was about the right length of time.
